EXERCISE!!!!

when was the last time i work out n perspire??
when was the last time i jogged??

the ans is : the last time i had my trainin wif RENAGADES @ bedok.. my club netball trainin...
and for yr info ppl.. i stop trainin for like at least 1 yr plus to 2.... tat oso means i had stop exercisin for tat long....

my body is so damn weak now... i'm nt as active as before... not as agile as better n certainly nt as sporty... lazin ard is the present mi.. haha

gettin prepared.. change into my sportsbra tat i haf nt wear it for like tat long since i stop trainin.. put on my asics netball shoe when i got it for trainin 2 yrs back.. i barely wore it 10times i guess...it cost mi $100plus even after a discount original price at $179... heartache...

so happily we walked to bishan park...

start our run....

initially, i'm joggin side by side wif my papa... den, i slowed down my pace n he continued wif his pace... after a while he is leadin mi.. nvm.. den i cont to jog jog jog... jog jog jog... bth... i slow down n walk walk walk... walk walk walk.. he is happily joggin n gradually, i begain to lose sight of him.. especially when dere is a bend.. imagine how much he lead mi... boo.. nvm..

so i jog n walk , walk n jog. hahas.. i saw him waitin for mi at a stop point.. den we continued again side by side.. guess wad???? not long after, i lost sight of him again.. in de end, i'm joggin beside a uncle.. hahas... bth...

finally we finished our jog.. n i felt real weak... i felt my blood pressure went low my vision starts to blur.... when i squat down or sit down i'm ok.. but de moment i stand up n walk de feelin came again.. like as if i'm faintin or goin to blackout..... so each time i felt tat i took a sit n rest... den he told mi tis "u too long nv exercise... i go toilet cum out still wait for u..." oh i was like i'm so so so behind .. hahas...

i dragged myself home... squatin n sittin down countless of times even at de corridoor near my hse.. bth... backed at hm, papa asked mama to get mi a warm water.. n mama start naggin mi kip askin mi ixxit faintin or wad.. coz my face turn green she said... but come on la. if i say i feel like i'm gg to blackout in no time she will definitely kick a big fuss.. so i said i'm alrite... after de drink n some rest i felt reallie much better... hahas

i'm weak....

another new yr resolution... work out more.... hahas

well, wad can i say??? it hasn't been a good year for me... or should i say ever since i enter SIM it was bad bad bad... ups and downs...

real bad points

• i din manage to clear my mod hence i gotta retake n i cant clear in 3 yrs but 4 yrs...
• my mama is sick.... long battle... first battle with blood clot at leg n second battle wif lump at cervices area and third battle wif de cancerous cell...
• i quitted giordano.. i realie thot it was good $$$ n stable income due to min hrs require..
• i lost some frenz....
  
• i haven been attendin class regularly...
• i have been slackin hard....
• i still dun feel family warmth....

• my mama is done wif de treatments hence consider recovered...
• i got a new him enterin my life since march...
• i still love my girls as ever...
  
• oversea trip wif my girls n him was fantastic... de first ever virgin trip wif him.. second oversea trip wif de girls. first was jb one day trip. hahas
  
• i felt family warmth frm his family...
  
• though i have not been attendin klasses regularly, i do attend de tests n do de assignments.

and since 2008 is drawin near.. i guess its time to set myself wif a new yr resolution.... i gotta tink wad i exactly wan.. first in list will b pass all mod.. hahas..

i love de dress.. but can see my tanned line.. any ways to get ride of de tanned line n get evenly tanned???? tips tips anyone??? dun ask mi dun wear anything go tanned.. i nt so open.. hahas

went to PS starhub today to get my 3G sim card down....
omg lo.. my queue no. was 3019.. frm 3009 to 3013 i waited for almost 1 hrs... so long.. starhub was so crowded...

afterwhich, i went to town all by myself.. got his present frm CRUMPLER n a cake frm BIG O....
rushed back to his place once i'm done wif de buyin.. i'm afraid de cake melts coz de server said it could onli last for an hr..

i hide de cake in a corner of de refrigerator n hide his present in his room.... i'm so proud of my hidings lo.

i loved it.. i love de colors too.. white, black and red.. n top 3 colors... so i tried it on n i decided to get it... din manage to slash much of de price.. but i still gt it @$25. initailly was $28.. i find it a bit costly. but still i gt it.. if anyone see tis dress at a lower price.. pls kindly DONT tell mi... =)
